Imagine a future where underserved youth, particularly people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals, have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.  This is the vision that sparked GenThriveTech in 2024. Our founder, driven by a passion for youth empowerment, public health, and social justice, saw a gap in the support system for organizations serving marginalized communities.

With a wealth of experience in consulting, youth development, and capacity building, our founder set out to bridge that gap. GenThriveTech's mission is to empower these essential organizations. We do this by providing high-quality consulting and capacity-building services. We believe that by strengthening these organizations, we can create a ripple effect, empowering them to better serve the young people who need them most.
