Hello!

Hi, I’m Chris Wilson, and my journey into the world of health and social justice started with a simple, but powerful, passion for equity and empowerment. With a background in sociology and a Master’s in Public Health from UCLA, I’ve spent nearly two decades working at the intersection of digital health, youth engagement, and community development.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading some pretty cool initiatives. Whether it was co-designing a mental health app with young people, strategizing with non-profits, or developing capacity-building programs, I’ve always aimed to integrate the needs and voices of underserved populations. My goal has always been to create solutions that are not just impactful but also truly relevant to the people they serve.

Founding GenThriveTech is, for me, the ultimate culmination of my experiences and my unwavering commitment to social justice. I saw a critical need for specialized consulting and capacity-building services tailored to organizations that serve underserved, underrepresented, and underestimated young people, people of color, and LGBTQ+ communities. So, I decided to bridge that gap. My vision for GenThriveTech is to empower these organizations with the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximize their impact and create lasting positive change.
